Pre-Matric Scholarship :
Pre-Matric Scholarship is a Central Sector Scheme. Under this scheme are awarded to the meritorious Students from notified minority communities viz.

Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhist, Zoroastrians(Parsis) and Jains, pursuing studies in Government or Private School from Class I to Class X who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination are eligible to apply for Pre- Matric Scholarship for the year 2016-17 to be awarded by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India.
Applications for Post Matric Scholarship are to be submitted on-line through submitted to their respective institution, alongwith all supporting documents.
Only Online application under Pre-Matric scholarship Scheme will be accepted and no request for an Offline application will be entertained. It may be noted that submission of Aadhaar is Mandatory.
Annual income of Parents – Not to exceed Rs.1,00,000.00 per annum.

Last few years my institution used to get the scholarship when its offline mode, but suddenly its been changed to online mode and when I tried to do this online but it says not registered and sometimes it says no scheme. Please help me reply why this happens and how can I get registered my institution for availing scholarships to my students? Please help me.
