Fee Reimbursement Scheme

The Candidates completely failed ( Year drop) for two years to more than two years are not eligible for Fee Reimbursement.

How to Apply?

Candidates need to click on Apply For EBC Fee Reimbursement to log in & start filling the application form. Candidates will be directed to the login page and follow the below steps,
Step 1 : Enter Application ID
Step 2 : Enter Password
Step 3 : Click on the Login button

Note :
** The Password can be retrieved by various ways.
** DTE has sent the Email and SMS alert to the candidates to apply online. The Candidates are advised to study the Government Resolutions and check their eligibility.

Forgot Password?

In case your CAP application password is not valid or you are not able to login, you may use one of the following options to reset the password.
** Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No.
** Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.
** By visiting the Institute in which you are admitted.
** By visiting the Regional Offices of DTE.

Step 1 : Select any one method to retrieve your password
Step 2 : Click on the Continue button
Step 3 : Enter your Application ID
Step 4 : Enter DOB (DD/MM/YYYY)
Step 5 : Click on the Submit button. New password will be sent to your registered Email Id.

Check Application Status

Please follow the below steps to Check your Application Status,
Step 1 : Enter Application ID *
Step 2 : Enter DOB (DD/MM/YYYY)
step 3 : Click on the Submit button.

Candidate Application :
After login in the candidate homepage will display the status of his/her application. Also the instructions related to application are mentioned. Then proceed to fill the application.

Here the personal details and admission details of the candidate will appear as default information as per the CAP details.

The Backward Class Category Candidates are advised to Apply for Fee Reimbursement / Scholarship Scheme of Social Justice / Tribal Development Department. Candidates availing other schemes are not eligible for this scheme.

The candidate will have to fill in the details as mentioned below:

** Family Income Details (For Financial Year 2015-16)
** Candidate’s Bank Details

The Enrolment Number assigned by the University / MSBTE. If the candidate is completely failed ( YEAR DROP) for two or more than two years , he/she is not eligible for scholarship.
