What is IDFC FIRST Bank Engineering Scholarship?
The IDFC FIRST Bank Engineering Scholarship Programme 2026-30 is a need-based initiative by IDFC FIRST Bank that aims to ease this burden by providing financial support to deserving first-year engineering students from modest family backgrounds. Selected scholars can receive financial assistance of up to INR 1 lakh per year for the duration of their four-year B.E. or B.Tech. program. Last date of application is 20th September 2026.
Eligibility of IDFC FIRST Bank Engineering Scholarship
** Applicants must be Indian citizens.
** Open to students currently enrolled in the first year (academic year 2026-27) of their B.Tech or B.E. program.
** Candidates must have secured admission to one of the FIRST IMPACT empanelled colleges (click here to refer to the list of eligible colleges).
** The gross annual family income from all sources must be less than or equal to INR 6 lakh.
** Applicants must have a valid mobile number linked to their Aadhaar number.
** IDFC FIRST Bank employees and their family members are not eligible to apply.
Benefits of IDFC FIRST Bank Engineering Scholarship
Selected students will receive a scholarship of INR 1,00,000 per year for up to four years.
