What is Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship?
Reliance Foundation has been supporting 5,100 students annually, including 5,000 meritorious undergraduate students from underprivileged sections of society studying any stream of their choice through the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships, and 100 of India’s brightest postgraduate students, studying eligible subjects in select future-ready courses from Engineering, Technology, Energy & Life Sciences through the Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships. Last date of application is 4th October 2025.

Eligibility of Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship
An applicant must:
** Be a resident Indian citizen
** First year PG Students who secured a score of 550 – 1,000 in the GATE Examination. OR
** Students who have scored 7.5 or above in their Undergraduate CGPA (or % normalised to CGPA)
** Eligible degree programmes – Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Computing, Electrical/or Electronics Engg., Chemical Engg., Mechanical Engg., Renewable & New Energy, Material, Science & Engg. and Life Sciences.

Up to INR 6,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme. ** Go to the link given above and Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
** Login to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to land on the ‘Online Application Form Page.’
** If not registered, register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile number/Google account.
** You will now be redirected to the ‘Reliance Foundation Scholarships 2025-26’ official page. Please note that your application form has to be submitted on the Reliance Foundation official page.
** Fill out the online Eligibility Questionnaire on the Reliance Foundation website.
** If you fulfil the eligibility criteria, you will be sent an email invitation with log-in information to apply through Reliance Foundation’s application portal.
** Log in to the application portal using the username and password received in the email.
** Complete the scholarship application form and upload the required documents.
** Submit the application.
Documents Required For Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship
The applicants are required to attach the following documents at the time of application:
** Applicant’s photograph (passport size)
** Address proof (permanent address)
** Current resume
** Marksheets of Class 10 and 12 board examinations
** Marksheet of GATE Entrance Examination (if applicable)
** Official transcript/marksheet of undergraduate degree
** Bonafide Student Certificate from the current college/institution of enrollment
** Two essays: Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose
** Two reference letters: One academic and one character
** Experience certificate/letter(s) from work experience/internships (if applicable)
** Official Disability Certificate issued by the relevant Government authority (if applicable)
** Family income proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counsellor/Sarpanch/Income Proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
** You will also need to submit your PAN and Bank details after you submit your application.
