SW Karnataka Prize Money
Online applications are invited for Prize Money for first attempt first class SC/ST students for year 2020-21.
Who Can Apply?
Students belonging to the Scheduled Castes who have passed PU and degree examinations in first class for the first time in 2020 can apply for the Prize Money.
** The student must belong to SC / ST community
** He / she should secure I class in I attempt, in S.S.L.C. / P.U.C./ Degree/ P.G./ Professional courses.
** He / she should be the student of a recognized institution.
** There is no income limit for sanction of prize money.
Prize Money Offered
The rate of prize money awarded to the students in various courses are as follows.

How To Apply?
Applications will have to be submitted online by logging on to www.sw.kar.nic.in. Just follow the simple steps to apply for Prize Money online.
Steps:
Step-1: Go to the official website provided above.
Step-2: Click on the “Online Application (Passed in 2020 only)” link.
Step-3: The following page will appear. Follow the steps
** Enter your Aadhaar Number and Name (As in Aadhaar) in the space provided
** Select your Gender (Male/ Female/ Transgender)
** Solve the simple addition just for verification (i.e 1+10=11)
** Check/Tick the ‘Declaration’ box (I hereby give my consent to Social Welfare Department,……….)
** Finally hit the ‘Proceed’ button.
Reprint Application
Follow the below steps to re-download the Acknowledgement.
Steps:
Step-1 : Visit the official website and click on the “Reprint Application” link in the home page.
Step-2 : Select your course completion year from the drop down list.
Step-3 : Enter your Registration Number in the space provided.
Step-4 : Enter your Date of Birth in the format (DD/MM/YYYY)
Step-5: Hit the ‘Download’ button.
Edit Application
To edit your filled application, follow below steps
Steps:
Step-1: Visit the official website and click on the “Edit Application” link in the home page.
Step-2 : Select your course completion year from the drop down list.
Step-3 : Enter your Registration Number in the space provided.
Step-4 : Enter your Date of Birth in the format (DD/MM/YYYY)
Step-5 : Select your college type (CBSE/ Karnataka/ Other State)
Step-6: Press the ‘Go’ button.
Application Status
To know your application status, kindly follow the steps mentioned below.
Steps:
Step-1 : Visit the official website and click on the “Application Status” link in the home page.
Step-2 : The following page will appear. You have two options. Select anyone of the option [Applicant Number Wise (or) CollegeWise].
Step-2A : If your option is ‘Applicant Number Wise’ then enter your Applicant Number in the space provided and hit the ‘View’ button
Step-2B : If your option is ‘College Wise’, then do the below steps and hit the ‘View’ button
** Select your course completion year from the drop down list.
** Select your District
** Select your Taluk
** Select your College.
Last Date
The last date for submission of online applications for Post-Matric courses shall be:15-03-2021 No further extension

wen i clicked on submit after mentioning my aadharcard number and name.. i was supposed to mention my sslc register number and year of passing.. but wen i upload those information.. they say this sslc number is not registeres
getting error "Aadhaar or SSLC registration number already exists". Help needed
Plz extend the date because have some problems in RD number .and need new caste certificate for RD number .it need 21 days.and result announecd on 11/12/2020.
