SarvGyan National Scholarship Test
SarvGyan National Scholarship Test (SNST) is a national level scholarship cum talent search exam conducted by Sarvgyan.com.
Related / Similar Scholarship : SarvGyan SNST 2021
The aim & objective of this exam is to test the exam preparation & competitive skills of the candidates. The exam will also help the candidates to know about their preparation for other national level exams such as, JEE Main & NEET.
Candidates who will participate in the exam will be provided scholarships amount (for the top 100 rank holder), Laptops, mobile phones, free mock test, & payTm cash*.
Who Can Apply?
Candidates can apply who are either appearing in their class 11th & 12th or who have already passed their class 12th in the year 2018 or 2019.
The eligibility criteria is:
SNST Engineering: Only PCM Candidates can apply.
SNST Medical: Only PCB Candidates can apply.
Note: Candidates who are already enrolled in any college/university are note eligible for SNST exam.
Age Limit
There is no age limit for appearing in SarvGyan national scholarship test.

How To Apply ?
The application form will be filled through online mode. Candidates can apply by visiting sarvgyan.com and follow the necessary steps to apply online.

Application Fees
The application fee for SarvGyan National Scholarship Test (SNST) will be Rs. 150. Candidates can pay their fees through online mode through net banking, credit/debit card.
Exam Pattern
The Test will comprise of 30 Questions with 1 hour duration. Every question will carry 4 marks. Questions will be objective type.
The questions will be divided as below:

Negative Marking
Their will be negative marking in the test. One fourth of the marks allotted to the question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The Medium of the test will be in English language.
Exam Mode
The exam will be computer based online test, all candidates should have good internet connection & a computer or Laptop. Candidate can appear in the exam from their home or they can visit the nearest cyber cafe.
Syllabus
The SNST will be based on NCERT syllabus.
** For engineering aspirants, syllabus will be based on JEE exam.
** For medical aspirants, syllabus will be based on NEET exam.

Admit Card & Slot Booking
Admit of the Candidates will be intimated through Email or SMS regarding exam date & timing. The exam date & timings will be allotted by the authority.
No further changes will be accepted in the exam slots. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form will be allotted exam date & time. More details regarding admit card & exam slot will be updated in the website shortly.
How to Appear for Exam?
Pre-Exam Preparations:
SNST is a computer based test, students can appear for it as per their comfort. Firstly, candidates should choose a room with well lightning, good internet connection & proper power backup facility.
Use a comfortable seating arrangement (desk & chair). Internet connection should be proper in the room in order to avoid any delay or problems during test period.
During Exam:
Candidates will be notified in the website about exam start time & also intimation will be sent to them through email/SMS.
During test, candidates should not open other windows or tab. Except candidates, no other person should be present in the room. The exam will be end automatically after one hour.
Note: Any kind of unfair means will be monitored during the exam and strict action will be taken regarding this.
After Exam:
The candidates result will be declared after one month of the exam. The candidates who will be shortlisted for the top 10 Ranks will have to appear in the telephonic round. The dates & time schedule for telephonic interview will be intimated later.
Result
The result of SNST will be declared within a month after the examination. Students can check it through login to their student panel. Candidates can also check scores of each section in the result panel. The rank will be declared for the top 100 student.
Tie-Breaking Criteria:
If any of the two or more candidates will obtain the same marks, then the tie will be resolved on the basis of following factors:
** The preference will be given to the candidate having higher marks in Mathematics (for Engineering) & Biology (for Medical).
** If tie still remains, then the candidate having higher marks in Physics (For Engineering), Chemistry (for Medical) will be taken into account.
** If tie still remains, then the candidates with less number of negative answers will be preferred.
** If tie still not resolved, then the older aged candidate will be preferred.
How to Claim your Scholarship?
If candidates score top 100 rank in the exam, they have to submit their request to claim the prize. They have to fill in the claim form and submit their documents accordingly. More details regarding Claim form will be provided at the later stages.
Note:
The top 10 rank holders will have to undergo the mandatory telephonic interview round to claim their prizes. It is necessary to produce the valid documents to claim the prize. If candidates fails to upload their document within given time frame their reward will be cancelled.

The candidates who will score the top rank in SNST will be awarded with the following scholarship amount & prizes.
** Rank 1 = Rs 100000 + Gold Medal
** Rank 2 = Rs 75000 + Silver Medal
** Rank 3 = Rs 50000 + Bronze Medal
** Rank 4 = laptop + Certificate of Excellence
** Rank 5 = laptop + Certificate of Excellence
** Rank 6-10 = Mobile Phones + Certificate of Excellence
** Rank 11-100 = Rs 1000 + Certificate of Distinction
** Rank 101 – till last = Certificate of Participation + Free Mock Test
