OEC Prematric Scholarship Scheme 2015-16:
The Director, Backward Communities Development Department is appointed as the implementing authority in respect of OEC Prematric Scholarship Scheme from 2015-16 onwards, instead of Director, Scheduled Caste Development Department.

The scheme will be made online and Director, BCDD will take necessary steps to create the software regarding the distribution of OEC prematric scholarship

They are Eligible for all Educational Assistance enjoyed by Scheduled Castes.

In which address should we pay the excess amount of OEC lumpsum grant? Kindly reply me as soon as possible in the above given e-mail.
Sorry, the content of the file is in Malayalam, which I do not understand. Please go through the uploaded pdf file mentioned in this post. You might get your answer.
