NISA UDAAN NAAT

NAAT 2019 is India’s first integrated 21st century skills test for school students of Grades 3 – 11 designed to help students of NISA Member Schools acquire the most critical 21st century skills – creativity and critical thinking.

Exam Pattern

NAAT is an Aptitude Test conducted in 2 rounds for Classes 3rd to 11th. The classes are divided into three levels

** Foundation – Classes 3,4,5
** Basic – Classes 6,7,8
** Advanced – Classes 9,10,11

Test will be of 1.5 hour duration covering English, Maths, Science and Logical reasoning topics.

How to Apply?

Just follow the below steps to apply for the NAAT 2019.

Steps to follow to register your school & students
Step 1 : Register your school
Register your school for NAAT 2019 by visiting www.nisaindia.org and filling the “Register your School” form.

Step 2 : Receive NAAT package
Post this you will receive a package from NAAT with student posters, school information Brochure & Forms.

Step 3 : Inform students
Once you receive the NAAT package, inform students about NAAT 2019 by putting up the student posters in the school notice boards and announcing about the program, the different rounds and participation fees (of Rs 150 per student) in the school assembly.

Step 4 : Enrol students
You are now ready to enroll students. To enroll students, ask your class teachers to collect the student details and participation fee of Rs. 150.

The student details that must be collected are:
1. Full Name of student
2. Father’s Name
3. Class
4. Questioner Medium (Eng/Hindi)

Step 5 : Send Student Details & Payment Of NAAT
You can make payment by Online /Cheque / Demand Draft addressed to “NISA EDUCATION”.

Once you are ready with student details consolidated list & payment,
Email the students list to naat [AT] nisaindia.org. And for the fees payment, if you made an online transaction, enter the Transaction ID or share the screenshot.

In case you are paying through Cheque/ Demand Draft, enter cheque number/ DD number (6-digit) or share the picture of cheque/ Demand draft. You will receive participation confirmation from NAAT 2019 on realization of payment within 7 days.

Participation Fee

** Per child cost for NAAT is Rs 130/-
** Practice books for NAAT are optional (Available at additional cost)

Important Dates

** Expression of Interest Last Date – 30th September, 2019
** Last Date for Student Enrollment List Submission – 10th October, 2019
** Round 1 Test Date – 18th to 23rd November 2019
** Round 2 Test Date – 1st February 2020
** State and National Level Award Ceremony – March and April 2020

For Whom All participating students from all schools write Round 1 Test in their respective school premises on 19th October 2019
Questions Total 60 Questions( testing Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Multiple Intelligence)

Medium of Test English & Hindi only
Total Time 90 minutes
Scoring +5 for right answer, o for wrong answer

Round 2 Details : (Regional Final Test)

For Whom Top 10% students from each school in Round 1 Participate in the Round 2 Test that will be conducted across different districts in India
Questions Total 60 Questions( testing Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Multiple Intelligence)

Certificates, Prizes & Awards :

For Whom All participation of 1st test, 2nd test and Topper from each class will be honor by certificate, prizes and awards

National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA) and Federation of Private Schools Welfare Association Haryana organized a State level NAAT AWARD CEREMONY in CII, Chandigarh on 17 feb.2020.
