1. One passport-size photograph
2. Photocopies of the statements of marks
5. Photo copy Ration card.
6. Photocopy of caste certificate
7. Photocopy of the document which show the income of your family.
8. Photocopy of Bank Statement of Parent
9. One page written or typed in Gujarati or English explaining why they deserve the scholarship and what they hope their child will achieve through the scholarship (To be written by parents in the case of child under 12 and by child in the case of child over 12)

Rules and regulation:
This is an initiative by NC Parikh Trust is to support needy students who face financial constraints to pursue their education at GAA. This program is solely based on the academic performance of the students and the desire to complete their studies.
The eligibility criteria for this scholarship program include the following:
1. The total annual income of the family should be less than 3 lacs.
2. The applicant must be a resident of Mumbai or must have family in Mumbai with who whom the student can live.
3. The scholarship will be automatically renewed on a yearly basis, if student continues to meet the requirements.
4. The scholarship will be discontinued in case the student fails in any subject during the academic year, or if they break any school rules & regulations.
5. The form should be clearly and completely filled if candidate is filling it manually.
6. All the information/questions are mandatory to fill.
7. Trust will not consider the form, which has not been filled properly.
8. In case of failure to submit any documents as requested, the trust will not consider the applicant’s form.
