Manipur MOBC Minorities & Other Backward Classes invites online applications for Pre Matric Scholarship Fresh & Renewal for the year 2018-19 . Only online applications under the Schemes will be accepted and no request for Offline applications will be entertained.

Eligibility
** Students must be a citizen of India and domicile of Manipur.
** Students studying from classes I-X are eligible.
** Students belongs to Minority Community Students (i.e. Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Zoroastrian (Parsi) and Jain)
** Annual family income of the applicant should not exceed one lakh.
How to Apply?
Website for filing up of Online Application is National Scholarship Portal. Just follow the below steps to apply for the Pre Matric Scholarship Fresh & Renewal 2018-19.

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of National Scholarship Portal
Step 2 : For Fresh Registration students click on the New Registration link in the home page and Fill the required details to complete your Registration.
Step 3 : For Renewal case, Students Click the Login link and enter your Application Id, Password, Captcha image for Login. Then complete your renewal process.
Note :
** Print out of the online application along with attested photocopies of supporting documents is to be submitted to the concerned institutes.
** The same set of documents shall also be submitted to the Directorate of Minority Affairs, if the same are not uploaded on the portal while submitting online application.

Instructions
The following points are to be noted while applying for Minority Scholarships, 2018-19 under the NSP
i) Detailed guidelines of the three Scholarship Schemes, Standard Operation Procedure and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are available on the NSP homepage.
ii) Fresh student (s) will register at NSP Portal to get the Login Credentials and fill-up the entry form by entering complete details to get the Registration ID. All Renewal applicants/students (who have got scholarship during 2017-18) may apply by giving their existing Application ID;

iii) Aadhaar number/ Aadhaar Enrolment ID slip/ copy of request made for Aadhaar enrolment/ Bank passbook with photograph/ Ration Card/ PAN/ Passport/ Students ID/ Driving License are required as identification documents;
iv) All Universities/Institutes/Colleges/Schools of the State, if not done earlier, are requested to register themselves and their course details on the NSP by 15th August, 2018 so that their students can apply and cause verifications of their applications on the portal without any delay.
