Prerana College Scholarship Scheme:
The “formations” Prerana College Scholarship Scheme is meant for those deserving students who are finding it difficult to study due to financial struggles. The sanctioning of the Scheme is purely at the discretion of the Management, looking at all aspects of the candidate and with the aim of giving help to the most deserving.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Scholarship is for ONE YEAR of the course which the student has undertaken. It may be renewed the following year based on availability of funds and as per “formations” priorities.
2. The scheme will only cover the entire tuition fees or part of it during the year which the scholarship is given .The sum and mode of payment will be decided by formations .The yearly tuition fees could be broken down to a monthly mode of payment and may be paid monthly or as a lump sum as decided by formations. The amount paid may be the full tuition fees or a percentage of the tuition fees by “formations”.
3. No other help will be given by “formations” towards study or any other requirements of the student. “formations” is in no way responsible for the completion of course of the student.
4. The student is not covered for the year that he misses to clear a year/semester. After the year/semester has been cleared the marks sheet has to be submitted if the scholarship has to be continued.
5. The person receiving help must be recommended to “formations” by a known person.(recommender)
6. The Scheme can be terminated at any time by the organization during the course of the year and is purely based upon the availability of funds and the decision of the ‘formations’.
7. “formations” has no other liability towards the parents, guardians, extended family and the student receiving the funds other than the transfer of funds to the student in the stipulated time period.
8. The responsibility of reaching the receipt to ‘formations’ if the payment is made in advance for the year lies with the guardian/ parent of the student and also with the recommender.
9. “formations” will expect consistent cooperation and ownership from the parents or guardians of the student in the academic pursuits of the student.
10. The Scholarship is granted only for students with good character and if required a letter from the principal or other authorities may be asked from the parents.
11. Neither the parents/relatives / guardians / nor the student receiving the funds from “formations” have any claim upon the organization. The funds are given only for the purpose of helping the student to study and for the period stated only.
12. “formations” expects no commitments in return from the person receiving the funds.
13. The terms, conditions and agreement could be revised by the organization to suit the demands of the hour. Proper intimation would be provided for the same.
14. Once the form is filled in every aspect, it is to be returned to the office.
