Scholarships:
All of us at Krupanidhi started the college with a drive to impart knowledge and to guide the students towards success and greatness. Education is not a privilege for the rich and we reinforce the idea through our scholarship program for the underprivileged.
Scholarships for the underprivileged:
We provide scholarships for students from challenged backgrounds; currently we have a running scholarship for the “Tibetan refugee students” which can be extended to other underprivileged classes such as the Schedule castes and Schedule tribes. Our scholarships also consider students facing financial challenges and come from the lower income groups.
The students have to submit their mark sheets and take part in the entrance tests based on the stream they choose. Students should have secured a minimum of 75% in their 12th standard to be considered eligible. The admission board will choose students based on their marks in the board exams, the entrance test and other related criteria and once they are chosen, they can complete their course with the help of the scholarship. The decision of the admission board is final and negotiations will not be encouraged.
Scholarships of merit:
We award scholarships for outstanding academic performance. Krupanidhi College has a culture of merit and nurtures it. This scholarship rewards and supports the meritorious. The criteria are purely merit driven and are based on marks on the board exams, entrance test and various other academic parameters.
When it comes to scholarships, we also believe in a fair treatment of the students and to add an extra impetus for the students to pursue their education seriously, we have a separate set of scholarships which is based solely on performance in their 2nd and 3rd year.
All scholarships are awarded based on the eligibility criteria along with evaluation of performance in the board exams, the entrance tests and other related areas. Scholarship assistance is provided to varying levels – 100%, 75%, 50% or 25% based on their performance and evaluation of the board. The decision of the admission board is final. No explanations or justifications will be provided.
About Krupanidhi:
Krupanidhi College is a Christian institution managed by Krupanidhi Educational Trust. Krupanidhi is an educational dream that started out as a small structure in Koramangala in Bangalore some 30 years ago and is a huge, renowned, 11–acre campus today. The college was founded by three eminent educationists, Dr. Prof. Suresh Nagpal (M.Pharma, Ph.D), Mrs. Geetha Nagpal (MBA), and philanthropist Sunil Samson Dhamanigi (M.Pharma), making them the pioneers in the field of pharmacy education. It is also the first college to start Physiotherapy in Bangalore.
