Login Procedure :
** Enter Username
** Enter Password
Select the Ownership Category
** The page shown below is the home page of the Institution Office Login. The page displays the Institution Category and Fee Entry
** The user has to confirm the details by clicking on Scholarship menu shown in the screen below. Username Password
** Click on Scholarship
** Login
** Details as given by the State Office
** As the user clicks on the Scholarship, the following screen appears. Institution has to select their Ownership Category.
** Select this button if the Institution belongs to Govt / Govt Aided / Deemed University
** Select this button if the Institution belongs to Self Finance
** The selection is marked in green
** After selecting the Ownership category click on “OK”
** If the selection differs, i.e if it differs with the details in the District then the following alert message appears.
** If the selected Category is Self finance, then the menu appears
** Send a mail to cadw.tn AT nic.in with the details
Note :
** Institution is not required to enter the Fees If the selected Category is Govt / Govt.Aided / Deemed University, then the menu appears
** Institution has to enter the Fees
How to Update Course Fee?
The Screen Displays the Course fee for the Courses offered by the Institution.
** Click on Course Fee menu Enter the Course Fee for the Courses Correspondingly in the box provided as depicted below. After entering,
1) Select the Course
2) Click on ‘Save’
** The Following screen appears asking for the confirmation. Once the entered Fees are approved, it will be freezed and cannot be modified.
** Once the Course Fee are saved, Click on Forward to District ADW
** The following screen displays the Course Fee which are freezed as it is approved.
