NTSE Exam :
National Talent Search Examination (First Level) is conducted by Directorate of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad as per directions of NCERT, New Delhi every year in the month of November along with NMMS Examination.

Note:
** All students in the state who are studying X Standard in any of the recognized schools can write the examination.
** The number of scholarships will be allocated by NCERT every year. The candidates will be selected to the Second Level basing on the merit and as per the reservation norms given by NCERT.
** 1000 candidates every year are being selected in Second Level Examination all over the country.
** Scholarship will be paid by the NCERT, New Delhi. Rs.1250/- per month for Intermediate 1st and 2nd years. Rs.2000/- per month up to Post Graduation. For Ph.D as per UGC norms.

Know About BSE AP NMMS Scholarship :
** The Ministry for Human Resource Development, Government of India has launched centrally sponsored National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (N.M.M.S.S).
** Under this scheme an examination will be conducted and selected candidates will get the scholarship.
** Every year 1, 00,000 students will be selected throughout India. Out of which 4087 scholarships are being allotted to Residuary Andhra Pradesh and have been distributed among the districts basing on enrollment in VII and VIII Classes for each academic year.
** The Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is conducting NMMS examination from August 2008.
** This examination is conducted every year in the month of November for the students in class VIII studying inGovernment/ Local Body/Municipal/Aided Schools are eligible for this examination.
** The candidates who got minimum 55% of marks for OC/BC candidates and 50% for SC/ST in VII Standard.

I selected for NMMS 2013 and I got two years scholarship only and I did not get the remaining two years scholarship. I want to know the reason.
I selected for NMMS exam in 2013. I received scholarship for two years only and I didn't receive another two year scholarship.
