Scholarship Registrations

Fresh/New?

1. Go to the eKalyan Home page and Click on Scholarship Registration link

2. Person who are new to the site click Register/Sign Up link for Student Registration

3. Fill up the application as per the instructions then click on save button.
4. After Saving, student will get a Temporary id. Using that Id Student Login into your account and apply the scholarship.

Student Login

Registered students follow the below steps for Login,
Step 1 : Select Login With Student/Login Name or Email or Mobile
Step 2 : Enter Name or Email or Mobile (As per your selection)
Step 3 : Enter Password
Step 4 : Enter Security Code – as shown on the image.
Step 5 : Click on the Sign in button

Student should take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button, then sign and upload the requisite documents.

Temporary ID :
Temporary ID (TID) is only a reference number provided to the applicants as a token of their registration in the online database.

Permanent Id :
A permanent ID (PID) will be provided to the candidate once his/her application is completed along with all the scanned documents uploaded successfully. It will be conveyed to candidates through SMS and e-mail. Students should note their Permanent ID as it will be required while applying for renewal

** Income certificate
** Residence Certificate
** Caste Certificate
** Previous Year Mark Sheet
** Bank Pass Book Scan
** Scanned Copy of Application Form (Signature of Student and Parent/Guardian)

If Any False/unauthorized documents are uploaded then the application will be rejected
Note : Please ensure that you upload the document properly with the size limit of 150KB on the website. You will not be considered for scholarship if all the Documents are not uploaded properly.

Application Status :
Student can check the status of Online Application by logging with his/her Temporary/ Permanent id.
