b. Submission of Online applications for fresh/Renewal scholarship by students : l/06/2015 to 30/09/2015 for Fresh and 1/06/2015 to 15/11/2015 for Renewal

c. Scrutiny of online applications by Institute : l/06/2015 to 20/10/2015 for Fresh and l/06/2015 to 25/11/2015 for Renewal of application

d. Scrutiny of online applications by State/UT Administration : l/07/2015 to 31/10/2015 for Fresh and l/07/2015 to 5/12/2015 for Renewal.

e. Generation of merit list and submission of fresh/renewal proposals by State / UT Administration : 01/11/2015 to 5/11/2015 for Fresh and l/07/2015 to 7/12/2015 for Renewal

** In the advertisement, the State / UT Department may also invite attention of the students to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) available on the homepage of the website for filling up of Online Application. Applicants may also be advised to take print-out of the duly filled-in application forms, after submitting it Online and to send it alongwith all supporting documents through their respective Institutes to the District / State / UT Department (as per the selected work flow for the State / UT).
** The National Scholarship Web portal provides uploading facility for uploading all required documents by the Students. Authority verifying these documents may exercise due diligence for their validation.
** The State/UT should fulfill all terms and conditions contained in the Scheme at thetime of submitting the proposals. It may also be ensured that proposals are submitted along with Utilization Certificate (UC) in GFR-19 A for the amount for which submission of UC is pending.
** The State Governments/UT Administrations must upload on their respective websites, the detailed list of students who were given scholarship in the previous year so that the same could be hyperlinked with the website of this Ministry.
