FIITJEE FORTUNATE 40 Scholarship Test

FORTUNATE 40 – A program to provide world-class training to talented Students from financially weaker backgrounds to achieve their goal of success & Top Ranks in IIT-JEE and Other Competitive Exams.

The program financially supports capable Students soon going to class IX & class XI and whose total parental income is less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. FIITJEE supports these meritorious Students in their preparation for achieving their dream goal, by awarding 100% scholarships for FIITJEE program & 100% waivers on hostel charges.

For Integrated School Program, the school fee will be charged from the Student (at some locations scholarship on school fee may also be awarded). The FORTUNATE 40 batch for each program, at each location, will have a maximum of 40 Students only.

Students will have to appear for a selection test on Sunday, 4th February 2018. There is no registration fee for the selection test. Selected Students will be notified and admitted to the program with 100% scholarships.

The final discretion of award of scholarship in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Eligibility

** For Students presently in Class VIII (soon going to Class IX) i.e. Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2022 and For Students presently in Class X (soon going to Class XI) i.e.Aspirants of JEE Advanced, 2020
** Student should be from a Central Government School or a State Government School for under privileged section of society, for example Students studying in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Schools.
** The total parental income should be less than Rs. 10,000/- per month.
** Other Students (studying in public / private schools) may also apply, however their application will be considered on case to case basis and on the discretion of the management.

Test Schedule & Pattern

For Students presently in Class VIII (soon going to Class IX):
** Paper 1 (3 hours) – Objective Type Questions to gauge current level of preparedness (Aptitude Test, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics) : 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
** Paper 2 (3 hours) – Objective Type Questions to test Goal oriented Analytical Skills (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Mathematics) : 1:30 pm – 4:45 pm

Criteria For Scholarships :
Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in the Selection Test. Thereafter Students may be called for an interview at their respective study centre.

How To Register?

Fill in your complete details in the Application Form mentioning test centre, segment code and preference of study centre alongwith

(a) Self Declaration Form (of parental income)
(b) Two passport size colour photographs and submit it to the nearest FIITJEE centre. Registration is OPEN at all FIITJEE Centres.

Delhi, Delhi NCR (Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida & Faridabad), Allahabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bokaro, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dhanbad, Durgapur, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Meerut, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Shaktinagar (NT PC), Vadodara, Varanasi, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam.

Documents Required

Documents Required to be submitted at the time of Admission. Selected Students will have to submit the following documents at the time of taking admission

1. Marksheet of last class attended
2. Certificates of scholastic achievements (if any)
3. Residence proof (Ration card / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Election Id Card of parents)

4. Income proof of parents (Father & Mother) as given below :
(a) Salary Slip of last month (if employed in a private firm / Government / Semi Government organisations)
(b) Affidavit / self declaration form (as per requisite format) duly attested by any one of the following – District Police Chief (City Chief in case of Metro), General Manager or above rank of Nationalised Bank, District Income Tax Chief (City Chief in case of Metro) / Assistant Commissioner & Above Rank.

In case you are not able to get desired co-operation from these officials you may then approach Chief Minister, Home Minister or Education Minister for the State, Minister of Home, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Education at the Centre, Supreme Court & High Court Judge, Cabinet Secretary, Home Secretary, Foreign Secretary, Education Secretary at the Centre or even Honorable President or Prime Minister.
