Rate of Scholarship:
Under Graduate Students:
Rs.1000/- per month for (Subject to a Maximum of Rs. 10,000/- for an academic year) and Rs. 2000/- per month for Post-Graduate studies (Subject to a Maximum of Rs. 20,000/- for an academic year), provided they are selected for Scholarship at UG level.
Professional Courses:
Rs.1000/- per month for the first three years (Subject to a Maximum of Rs. 10,000/- for an academic year) and Rs. 2000/- per month for the 4th and 5th years of study (Subject to a maximum of Rs. 20,000/- for an academic year).
Eligibility:
(i) Applicant should be pursuing any Regular Course at Under-Graduate Degree level in any recognised Educational Institution, including Professional Courses such as Medical, Engineering etc. Students pursuing Parallel/ Private Registration/ Correspondence/ Distance Education courses are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
ii) Parental income Both Father and Mother should not exceed Rs 6 lakhs per annum for the financial year ending March
(iii) Applicant should not be availing any other scholarships/ Financial Assistance.
(iv) Applicants should not be belonging to the Creamy-layer as defined by the Department of Personal and Training in their Notification number36012/22/93 Esst.(SCT) dated 8/11/93 (Annexure IV) and as modified vide their OM No.36033/3/2004-Esst(Res) Dated: 9/3/2004 (Annexure V) and as may be modified from time to time.

Answer:: Allows the candidate to edit his/ her personal details related to Online Registration. This feature has restrictions if the application is verified by the Institution.

Q. No. 5 : What happens, if I detect mistakes after forwarding the applications to the institutes?
Answer:You should intimate the institution regarding the mistakes. The institution can revert the verification status, which allows you to edit the details. Correct the details, take the print out and resubmit the print out to the institution for online verification.

Answer:After submitting the application online, you should take a print out of the application, sign and submit it with requisite/supporting documents to your institution.

Answer:By logging-in with your registration Id ,date of birth and password you can check the status of your application anytime. In the home page, ‘Registered students list’ link also provides the status of your application.

Answer:You can contact the institution, and request for resetting your password

Answer:Once you have registered online, you can login with registration ID and select scholarship details and apply for the required scholarship(s).
