Aryans Group of Colleges is working on twin ideals of ‘access to quality’ and ‘education to all’. With this spirit, we offer different types of scholarships and financial assistance to students belonging to the poorer sections of society.
A detailed description of various scholarships available with us is as under. Besides the Govt. Sponsored scholarships like PMS and MOMO, the college offers following scholarships to different categories of deserving students on merit cum means basis.
Dr. Kiran Bedi Scholarship:
Under an agreement with Dr. Kiran Bedi’s NGO Navjyoti India Foundation, AGC shortlists students from different states for this scheme. Under this scheme, substantial reduction in semester fees is allowed on Merit Cum Means basis. Thousands of students have been the recipients of this attractive financial support.
Army Scholarships:
Students with army background are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Under this scheme reduction in tuition fee per semester is allowed on the basis of academic merit of students. Under this scheme thousands of wards of army personnel have been able to pursue higher technical education without extra burden on their parents.
Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Scholarship:
As a part of our social responsibility ,Aryans Group Of Colleges is offering a special scholarship scheme for girls under Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao abhiyan of Govt. Of India.
Under this scheme a fixed number of girls from different states of India are shortlisted on merit cum means basis and special financial packages are offered to enable them to pursue higher technical education. This is a big step by AGC in the field of Women Empowerment.
Scholarship scheme for Tribal students:
Keeping in mind the insufficient amount of govt. scholarship for the students of tribal sates, Aryans has launched a special scholarship scheme for the tribal students. Under this scheme, meritorious students from tribal states are shortlisted.
50 % of their educational expenses are borne by their respective state governments, Aryans offers them 35% of the fee as scholarship and as a result, the students are supposed to pay only 15% of their total educational expenses.
