Notice of Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme (RCSMFRS – EBC Scholarship) For Open/ ESBC Category Students – A.Y. 2017 – 2018

All Economically Backward Category (Open / ESBC) Regular students admitted through CAP and studying in F.E. / S.E. / T.E. / B.E. for the Academic Year 2017 – 2018 are hereby informed to download Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme form from College’s Website www.iscuareit.edu.in and Submit hardcopy of Completed form along with below mentioned necessary documents (2 Sets) in Administration Office to Ms. Jimixa Golwala before 31 August, 2017 between 09.00 AM- 12.00 PM (Monday to Friday) only.
Most important Instructions:
** it is mandatory for applicants to open a Savings Bank ACCount in Oriental Bank of Commerce, Hinjawadi branch only.
** Student who is fourth child of the family he / she is not eligible for EBC Scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Maharashtra domicile candidates are eligible for Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme (RCSMFRS).
** Regular students admitted through CAP under Open category only.
** For Open Category Student’s Parent Annual income limit is Rs. Six Lakhs Only.
** For Applicant GAP should not be more than 2 Years after A.Y. 2015-2016.
** Students required to be submitted below mentioned documents on time.
Documents Required :
Documents need to be attached with the form in the below mentioned sequence (2 Sets)
1. Income Proof: Last Year’s Original Income Certificate. of Student’s Father (* If father of any candidate is not alive then Death Certificate of father and income Certificate of Mother is mandatory)
2.Original Annexure of Self-Declaration for Self-Attestation by Student
3.Self-Attested Photocopy of Admission Acknowledgment Receipt.
4.Self-Attested Photocopy of Leaving Certificate (12th | Diploma)
5.Self-Attested Photocopies of Marksheets (10th, 12th | Diploma (Final Sem.), F.E., S.E. & T.E.)
6.Self-Attested Photocopy of First and Last page of the Ration Card. (Pages should be readable) (If there are any mismatches between name, surname or any overwriting on Ration card’s last page then student required to submit notarized Affidavit regarding it)
7. Self-Attested Photocopy of Admission Full Fee Receipt
8. Self-Attested Photocopy of Domicile Certificate t s
9. Self-Attested Photocopy of Aadhar Card (Mandatory to link with the same bank account)
10. Self-Attested Photocopy of Cover Page of the OBC Bank A/c Passbook (should be readable)
11. Undertaking from student that he/she has not applied or availed any type of other scholarship
12. Original GAP Certificate in the form of affidavit on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper. (If Applicable)
