BHIM Awards :

BHIM Award will consist of a Bhim Statue a Scroll of Honour, a Blazer, a Tie/Scarf and A Cash Prize of Rs 5 Lakhs

Recommendations Of Federation/State Association :
Certified that particulars of the applicant and sports achievements for the last four financial years have been checked from the official record. Wherever variations has been observed modifications have been made initialled by me. Accordingly these are verified.

Documents Required :
** Certificates of First/Second/Third position/Participation of the sports persons in the recognized game as per rules.
** Certificate/Dacumentary proof of having represented Haryana in the games as per rules.
** Attested Copies of Sports Achievements.
** Date of Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/Matriculation Certificate/Registrar Birth & Death.
** Haryana Domicile Certificate
** Three passport size photographs of applicant
** Copy of PAN Number.
** Copy of Banck Account No.
** Declaration by Applicant on stamp paper of Rs 10/-

Eligibility :
** Award will not be given to more than one sportsperson in the same game category(except in case of selected person being a woman).
** Sports achievements in all the game and sports and their championships incorporated in sports policy will be evaluated for sportspersons at Senior International and Senior Federation Cup/Sr.
** National Championship and National Games of the last four financial years.
** Only those sportspersons will be considered for Bhim Award who have represented Haryana State in the recognized Federation’s National/Federation Cup and National Games at least once in the period of consideration.
** Only those achievements of the sportsperson will be taken into account which are supported by appropriate certificates issued by President/Secretary of the recognized Federations/Associations.
** Sportspersons penalized or against whom enquiry is pending for use of drug or intoxicating substances will not be eligible for Bhim Award.
** Award will not be given for second time to the same person.
** The eligible sportspersons may also be given Bhim Award posthumously.
** The decision of the Haryana Government regarding Bhim Award will be final and no appeal shall lie against the decision.
** Minimum 50 Marks required to get Bhim Award.
