Immediate/Urgent:
You are hereby informed to submit the following documents immediately for sanction and release of Merit Cum Means & Fee Reimbursement amount for 2016-17.

Documents Required :
1. Copy of the online Scholarship application form.
2. Study certificate duly certified by your college principal/Head of the Institution/Head of the Department.
3. ID Card of the College/Institute.
4. Total fee receipts paid for the year 2016-17.
5. Your bank pass Book first page Xerox copy.
6. Aadhar card Xerox copy/ any other document for address proof.

Note: –
1. This is applicable only to those students whose names are shown in the below list.
2. The above documents are to be duly certified by your college Principal/ Head of the Institution/Head of the Department.
