Scholarship :
The students belong to SC/ST category are required to register their names and other details in the web site https://web.archive.org/web/20180518121312/http://ori.nic.in:80/odishapms/ for fresh scholarship application. They have to produce the hardcopies of the following documents after registering their names and other details in the website.

After registering all the details they have to forward it to the institution for onward transmission to the District Welfare Office for sanction of scholarship.
Document required for Fresh Application:
** Printout of application form
** Income Certificate from Tahasildar
** Caste Certificate from Tahasildar
** Declaration of Income (Affidavit)
** Residential Certificate from Tahasildar
** 10th Certificate and Mark Sheets
** +2/Diploma Certificate and Mark Sheets
** Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
** Front page of bank passbook
Document required for Renewal Application:
1. Xerox copy of Aadhar Card
2. Front page of bank passbook
3. Last semester marksheet
In case of renewal applications the students can log into the above website by putting their user id and password. They have to only produce their last semester mark sheets, Front page of bank passbook, Aadhar card Xerox, Admission date of current year and enrollment date (Admission date in this institution). In case of any difficulty during filling the application form, contact the administrative office for guidance.
Steps:
** Log on to Website https://web.archive.org/web/20180518121312/http://ori.nic.in:80/odishapms/
** Enter Details as mentioned in the form for registration
** After Successful registration you will got an User ID & Password
** Using this User ID & Password Upload Photo, Income Certificate and Caste Certificate.
** Apply for Scholarship, enter all the details and a take a print out of the same
** Finally Lock the application and forward it to the institution
** The institution will edit the application and forward it to DWO for sanction of scholarship.
